The upper class or the bourgeoisie reaped all the benefits from the labor of the lower class or the proletariat. The exploitation of the proletariat by the bourgeoisie caused the former to live in poverty with no means to buy the goods he himself produced. In today’s global economy, the class struggle between the new bourgeoisie and the new proletariat is evident in business outsourcing. This is where companies find external experts to do non-core jobs for them to efficiently manage production costs. The current trend crosses international boundaries in search of low wage earners to pass the jobs to. They transfer employment from industrialized countries to poor third world nations with low manpower costs.. The workers in the foreign country who got the jobs, however, got much less for what should be humanly equitable. Marx would see outsourcing as the exploitation of the working class by the capitalist class. In order to meet production targets, the workers would be made to work longer hours with the least pay. Marx would think that the sole intention of the capitalist class is to rake in profit at the expense of its workers who suffer work under unhealthy conditions and hours. Marx would likewise note that global operations would cause the detriment of local and established industries. The bourgeoisie’s capitalistic focus is on the maximum production that can be done in a day. It can weaken and destroy the proletariat but the proletariat has the means to fight off the bourgeoisie when it remains united in a common struggle,

Introduction The two most important factors that have contributed to healthcare economic changes are technological advances and medical care. One thing that people have to understand is the fact that the backbone of health economics is money and this central position grants it the integral role of ensuring that that the health care industry was successful (PBS, 2012). This money is not necessarily from people’s private funds but from like was the case in the past but it is money paid by insurance companies that pays for people’s medical bills. In addition, other third parties also account for the medical bills leaving the individual to pay just a small function of the entire funds flow from their own savings. Having an understanding of the history of healthcare economics and the nature in which money flows through the system is important in enabling managers to evaluate their present positions while at the same time preparing themselves for the future. In this paper, the discussion will focus on evaluating the history of healthcare economics and its evolution as well as how cash flows within this system. History and evolution of healthcare economics In order to understand the health insurance systems as there are today in the US, one has to best understand how in was born or how it came to be and what the future has for it. Wonderstruck Book Report Wonderstruck is a novel written by Brian Selznick. It is stunning novel that weaves together two stories in an interesting format. The first story is done in words while the second one is done in beautiful illustrations. They take place in different times and locations but seem to be somewhat connected. The mystery of the novel is figuring out exactly how the two protagonists and stories are connected. However, it is apparent that one characteristic both protagonists share is that they are deaf. They are also both wishing for better lives and the sense of belonging. The first story is about a 12 year old boy named Ben. His story starts in Gunflint Lake, Minnesota in June 1977. He is grieving the death of his mother and is longing to find his father. Ben was born deaf in one ear but later loses his hearing completely after a bolt of lightning hits his house and travels through the phone line as he is calling his father. He wakes up in the hospital, unaware of where he is as well as panicking over his complete loss of hearing. A short time later, he decides to run away from the hospital and journey to New York City, eventually hiding out in the American Museum of Natural History. While at the museum, he meets Jamie, whose father works at the museum. Jamie takes him on tours of the back areas of the museum and helps him to hide in an unused storage room. Ben is still determined to track down his father, so he leaves the museum to locate the bookstore
